You have arranged for a Network Locum GP to work additional sessions at your practice and these need to be added to the site.
Please remember that contractually you must book doctors via the Network Locum platform if you have been introduced by the platform.
Adding future jobs arranged with a GP:
When you arrange for a GP to work your sessions, please tell them that you will post them up to the Network Locum platform and request that the GP logs into their profile to apply for the sessions.
At your earliest convenience add the sessions to the site for the GP to apply to. Inform the GP immediately that the session is now available or inform Network Locum to contact the GP for you.
Adding jobs already worked by a Network Locum GP to the platform:
A Network Locum GP has covered sessions at your practice but they have not been posted to the Network Locum platform.
It is always best to add sessions to the Network Locum site before they are worked as this helps GPs to manage their bookings, and also makes the session available for invoicing immediately after the session has finished.
If the GP has already worked sessions which are now in the past it will be necessary for you to email the Network Locum team at email@example.com, we can then add these historic sessions on your behalf. Please remember to include the GP's name, practice name, hours worked, date worked and rate agreed.
