Your pension form was generated when you created your invoice however it has not been returned - what should you do?
n.b. The Network Locum website automatically forwards your invoice and pension form to the practice after you have completed the job and create them on the site. It is then up to the practice's responsibility to sign, stamp and return the form to you in good time before the 10 week cut-off.
If you have not received your pension form back from the practice, you can message the practice manager directly to remind them to send you the pension form.
Go to your ' My Jobs' page, find the job in question and click the job number high-lighted in blue.
Once you're on the job description page, click 'Ask Practice Question', you will see a free text box for you to type in. Once you've typed in your questions, click send and the message will be sent directly to the Practice Manager.
If you do not get a reply from the practice manager this way please contact email@example.com who will be able to help contact the practice manager for you.
